Hi, I am Rachael.

I've been photographing love stories in the Ottawa area for over 6 years now and it's become such a passion for me to build this dream into a full time reality. I tend to lean hard into the candid, emotional, real unscripted moments. During your session, I'll use prompts and ideas to figure out what best draws out the laughs, love and connection between you and your lover. 

When I don't have a camera in my hand, I love being in the kitchen, baking bread (hello sourdough), cookies, banana bread and basically any recipe that looks delicious. I'm a big fan of sunset walks, running and hiking. And before anyone thinks I'm an overachiever, I can also kill a solid evening with Netflix and TikTok. I'm a passionate lover of Jesus, so every Sunday morning is spent with my church community and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I get along with people right away who don't take themselves too seriously, crack jokes and appreciate a bit (or a lot?) of sarcasm.
